Thank you for shopping with Motivational Frames. Each item we sell is made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner. Because every product is custom printed, production and delivery times may vary slightly depending on demand and destination.

Order Processing

All orders are made to order once a purchase is completed.

Production Time:

  • 2–5 business days to print and prepare your order
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays

During busy seasons or high order volume, production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

Motivational Frames currently ships to the 48 Continental US.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. Territories
  • Countries outside of Canada

Estimated Shipping Times

Once production is completed, your order will be shipped using reliable shipping carriers.

United States (48 Continental States):

  • Estimated economy/standard shipping is 4–7 business days.

Please note that shipping time estimates may vary depending on location, carrier delays, weather conditions.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the 48 Continental United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipment notification is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Motivational Frames is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before the order enters production.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable carriers, shipping delays can occasionally occur.

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work quickly to arrange a replacement if necessary.
