Return & Exchange Policy
All our products are made-to-order (MTO) items, therefore, we do not accept general returns of our products. However, we stand behind the quality of all our products and will gladly exchange the same item that you ordered in the event that you received a damaged item, or you received the wrong item.
Please take note of these conditions:
- Before returning an item to us, you must contact us within 7 days after you received your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and to get instructions on what to do and where to ship your item.
- All items must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the day you received your order
- Approved returns are eligible for an exchange of the same items only with the same design, size, and the style that you ordered.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for different product types or designs.
- All returned items must be in its original condition and packaging:
- Any item that show signs of damage from abuse (that's not caused by shipping) or alteration may not qualify for an exchange.
- We will cover the cost of the return shipping as well as the cost to ship the exchanged item(s) back to you.
- A prepaid shipping label or reimbursement instructions will be provided after approval.
- You are responsible for properly packaging all returned items back to us.

Please include the following: 1) Your order number, 2) A description of the issue, and 3) photos of the damaged or incorrect item, if possible.
